I opened an Exterminating company because I want to help people feel safe in their homes, no matter how they live.
For 20 years, I've been working in the pest control industry. At one point, exterminators started to be seen as dishonest, and some companies even participated in this act. During the epidemic, I found it really upsetting how companies were uncharging customers while I was giving away my free services to those who lost their income. That's when it clicked a company must have a shared sense of honesty and honor in order to be successful. I have decided to create a company based on these values. I'm going to do my best to live up to the expectations of my customers and audience, so they'll know that I am with them.
